Invoice data stays in your browser
The invoice generator runs in your browser. The business details, customer details and line items you enter are not sent to our server. Printing or saving as PDF happens on your device.
Local storage
The tool may save a draft in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. You can clear the draft with the Reset button or by clearing site data in your browser.
Share links
If you create a share link, the invoice data is encoded in the URL fragment (the part after #). URL fragments are processed by your browser and are not sent to the server in normal page requests. Anyone with the link can read the data, so only share it with people you trust.
Analytics and ads
The site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate page usage. If ads are shown in future, ad providers may process data under their own policies. We do not sell invoice data.
